ASL and Spanish Classes at the Frick

All classes are online with a live instructor, and run for 10 weeks per semester. This is a year-long program with 1-2 week break between semesters. Your commitment is expected and appreciated.

  • ASL - Beginners 2

    As a primary language for around half a million people, connect with the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community through ASL.

    This is NOT a Complete Beginners class. At least 10 hours of previous studies are required.

    Fridays, 9-10 AM. July 31 - October 2.

  • Spanish - Beginners 2

    Whether you want to connect with museum visitors, interact with Spanish-speaking staff, or plan a trip to Spain or Latin America, this class is a unique opportunity to get you to speak the language.

    This is NOT a Complete Beginners class. At least 10 hours of previous studies are required.

    Thursdays, 10-11 AM. July 23 - September 24.

    Inglés para hispanohablantes. English class for Spanish-speaking employees.

    Miércoles, 3-4 PM EST / Wednesday, 3-4 PM EST.
