This class is part of the B1 (Intermediate) level, per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) standards. Before enrolling, you are expected to have completed the entire A2 (Advanced Beginners) level. Throughout the B1 level, you will be able to do the following:

  • Understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.

  • Deal with most situations likely to arise while travelling in an area where the language is spoken.simple and routine tasks requiring a simple direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters, such as how to get to an exhibit.

  • Produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest.

  • Describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes, and ambitions, and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
