This class is part of the A1 level, per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) standards. By the end of this 10-week class, you will be able to do the following:

  • use common greetings and farewells that could be used to interact with museum visitors, friends, colleagues, and friends.

  • ask for and give personal information about yourself and other people (name, nationality, age, profession).

  • say what your role at Mia.

  • know numbers 1 to 100.

  • explain in a simple sentence why you study Spanish.

  • In a simple sentence, talk about a place you would like to visit in the future.

  • understand some basic ar, er, ir and verbs in the present tense.

  • understand and create simple sentences with the irregular verbs ser, estar, tener, and querer.
