Learn ASL with Diáfano

Duration: 10 weeks of live, online group classes with an instructor.

This class is part of the A1 level, per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) standards. Throughout the A1 level, which consists of various terms, you will be able to achieve various milestones, including:

  • understand sign articulation

  • introduce yourself, exchange personal information, and sign where you live

  • produce the manual alphabet

  • use smooth transitions from one sign to another

  • know how to link signs together to effectively convey topics

  • have a better understanding of ASL and Deaf culture
